Most of our chalets are sold by the week as whole chalet bookings, for sole occupancy by your group.

We do from time to time split our chalets and sell by the room, generally to groups of 4 or more. Sometimes individual rooms. Please send us an email if you would like to book for a smaller group but do not wish to book the entire chalet and we may be able to offer room-by-room sales.

We have a selection of cribs and highchairs at our chalets, please advise us your requirements in advance. We work with a company who can rent out any additional baby equipment that might be required, for example a stairgate or humidifier. We can put you in direct contact with this company.

We can put you in contact with local childcare agencies for all your baby-sitting requirements, we would strongly suggest booking well ahead of your holiday, particularly in the school holiday weeks to avoid disappointment

If you are travelling with younger children, we can serve a high-tea option earlier each evening, we would suggest around 18h00, however we can be flexible to the parents’ wishes. Please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you. Our chef will also speak to you to ensure that a suitable menu is tailored to the children’s likes & dislikes.

Our standard check in time is 17h00 and our check out time is 10h00. If you want to arrive earlier, then it may be possible for you to drop off your luggage at the chalet, please check with us beforehand, likewise if you want to ski on your last day, although you need to check out of your bedrooms at 10h00, we can store your luggage and sometimes provide you with a place to change up to 16h00, Again, please check with us beforehand

When making your booking we ask for 25% deposit payment in Euros. The remaining 75% balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.

We do not take advance payment on lift passes, your lift pass will be delivered to your chalet on your arrival day, all payments are processed when you arrive, you can pay by credit/debit card or in cash (Euros).

As most of our bookings are based on whole chalets, you can work out the cost between the number of people in your group. From time to time, we do sell on a room-by-room basis, in this case the single supplement charge will apply, and we will offer you a price for the room, then deduct €300 from that price.

Of course, this is no problem at all, our chef will be happy to make a cake for a special occasion, just remember to tell us in advance and we will prepare something special.

We can in most instances provide you with a king-size double bed. All the bedrooms at Chalet Lagopede can be made with singles or doubles, 3/5 bedrooms at Chalet Meru can be made up as doubles and 4/6 at Chalet Everest. All the bedrooms are detailed on the chalet pages of the website.

All our chalets are equipped with free WiFi, do remember however that there is no fibre in the mountains (correct as of 06/22) so sometimes the connection can be a little slower than the speeds you might be used to at home.
