At Go Ski Meribel we pride ourselves on the standard of cuisine we provide for our clients. We only employ professional chefs with several years of catering experience from commercial kitchens, yachts, villas, ski chalets & restaurants.

Our fully catered service consists of:

Breakfast and afternoon tea every day of your 7-day stay. Two of these days the breakfast will be a continental with self-service on our staff days off.
Afternoon tea will consist of a freshly baked cake or biscuits, fresh bread and conserves.

Our evening meal is served 5 nights from your 7-night stay. You can be assured of a fabulous 5-course evening meal, dinner party style with carefully paired wines.

We will kick off the evening with Canapes and pre dinner drinks around 19h00, followed by a 4-course dinner from 19h30.

Our food is complimented by a selection of quality bottled French wines

Our Complimentary bar is available any time throughout the day for consumption within the chalet.

Choose from an excellent selection of Red, White & Rose wines, Prosecco and lager.

We offer a selection of spirits & mixers and soft drinks

Daily Meal Service

BREAKFAST is served 08h to 09h

French pastries, traditional French bread, porridge, cereal, fresh fruit & yoghurt

A daily cooked option (5/7 mornings)

Freshly brewed coffee & speciality teas and fruit juices

AFTERNOON TEA self-service on return from the slopes

Home-baked cake or biscuits, fresh French bread

Hot drinks: hot-chocolate, tea & coffee

4 courses including a cheese board served with Port

Your chef will select red & white wines to compliment your food

DRINKS – complimentary bar, available throughout your stay

Complimentary bar consisting of: Prosecco, wines, beer, a selection of spirits & mixers and soft drinks.

These are provided throughout your stay to be consumed within the chalet.

Staff day off service – On our staff have 2 days off each week.

Fresh bread will be delivered around 07h30

Your chalet hosts will leave breakfast laid out for you to enjoy at a time to suit your schedule.

An Afternoon Tea will be laid out for you to help yourselves to on return from the slopes.

We provide a house keeping service on staff days off, our cover host will visit the chalet during the morning and clear away the breakfast, set up afternoon tea, replenish the bar and make up your bedrooms.
