The World Ski Championships come around every two years, France has only hosted the event three times in the past, in 1937 & 1962 in Chamonix and in 2009 in Val D’Isere, so its quite an understatement to say that Meribel & Courchevel are very excited to be hosting this event in 2023. The event runs for 2 weeks in all. Kicking off with the opening ceremony in Courchevel on Sunday 5th February. With the 1st event, The Women’s combined in Meribel on Monday 6th. This is sure to be an amazing two weeks of skiing from the professionals that make up the FIS annual tour. if you are staying with us over the course of these two weeks you can buy tickets for the grandstands or watch from a nearby piste.
