Founder & Director – Go Ski Méribel
Independent Chalet Operator | Méribel Specialist | Hospitality Leader
Since founding Go Ski Méribel in 2008, I’ve built and led an independent ski chalet company based exclusively in Méribel, delivering high-end, fully catered ski holidays with a personal, hands-on approach.
I spend the entire winter season on the ground in Méribel, living locally and managing day-to-day operations across our chalet portfolio. This close connection to the resort, our guests, and our team ensures exceptional service and operational reliability — season after season.
With over 17 years’ experience in alpine hospitality, I work closely with property owners, guests, chefs, hosts, and partners to create seamless winter holiday experiences. Whether it’s building long-term relationships with chalet owners, leading a multilingual seasonal team, or fine-tuning every guest detail — I’m committed to doing things properly, professionally, and personally.
📍 Based in Méribel (December–April) | Annecy-based off-season

After leaving school in Sheffield at 16, I spent over two decades in the corporate world, building a career in finance that eventually took me to London, where I lived for 15 years. Like many, I lived for my holidays — especially winter ones. I was fortunate enough to take two or three ski trips a year, and over time I naturally took on the role of organiser for our group holidays to chalets across the Alps.
Although we always had a great time, I often found myself thinking: “this could be better.” I knew exactly what skiers and snowboarders wanted from their week in the mountains — more time on the slopes, less hassle sorting out the extras like transfers, ski hire and lift passes.
That spark of frustration turned into an idea. With a bit of encouragement from my better half (and more than a few raised eyebrows from friends and family who assumed it was a midlife crisis), I made the leap. I sold my flat, sold the car, left the job — and Go Ski Méribel was born, right in the middle of the 2008/09 recession.
Sixteen winters later, we’re still here — and loving every minute of it. Over 8,500 guests have stayed with us, and our team continues to work hard to deliver the kind of ski holidays we always dreamed of — personal, professional, and unforgettable.
We’re proud of our reputation, but never complacent — always looking for ways to improve. Whether you’re a seasoned skier or planning your first Alpine escape, we’re here to make your time in the mountains as effortless and enjoyable as possible.
